  • Festive Menu Helper - Tesco

    A festive-themed PWA tool that allows users create and shop a festive menu.

    For launches during 2020-2023 I worked with developers, recipe writers and creatives on new functionality, new recipe production, UX copywriting, content design, UAT and content management, delivering 15% uplift in conversion.

  • Product Collection Pages - Dove

    Created to feature a product range in a fun and innovative way.

    After a front and back-end migration of the Dove US website, I led a team through content delivery of new collection pages, with an accompanying 'best-practice content guideline' taking into account core UX principles and SEO requirements.

  • Meal Planner - Tesco

    Tesco wanted to provide their users with meal planning content that could be useful to their core customer base - families.

    I delivered a digital meal planning tool and various meal planning lists leading to a new regular content work stream and an uplift in organic traffic acquisition for the relevant keywords.

  • Offer Gamification - Bella Italia

    The team was tasked with creating an innovative digital approach to push voucher generation during Christmas trading.

    Working with other digital experts we created and rolled out a festive-themed game, inviting users to play to win. The game delivered 45% uplift in voucher code generation that year.

  • Recipe Search Engine - Tesco

    Tesco insights revealed that the general public needed more support cooking at home in 2020, and so my team pitched a recipe finder tool. I worked across ideation, development, testing, promotion, reporting and optimisation stages of this project.

    The Recipe Finder fast became a top 10 organic traffic driver to the website and remains so to this day.
